Cyclone ceramic lining structure
1. Special-sized ceramic blocks are designed according to the shape of the cyclone cylinder, conical tube, bottom flow orifice tube, etc., and the structure is reasonable, and the gap is small.
2. Ceramics are 10mm, 20mm, or 25mm thick, dry-pressed, with high density and excellent wear resistance;
3. The fixation of wear-resistant ceramics adopts high-strength modified viscose and staggered-seam paste technology. There is no linear gap, and the bonding is firm and does not fall off. It is suitable for harsh working conditions such as high impact, large flow, or dynamic operation.
4. The inner wall is smooth, the material is smooth, and the height difference between the ceramics is within 0.5mm, which can maintain the tangential velocity of the slurry in the cyclone, reduce the energy loss, and obtain the ideal classification effect.
Applications
Our alumina ceramic liners are widely used in industries where abrasive slurries are processed:
Mining & Mineral Processing: Classification and separation of coal, iron ore, copper, gold, potash, etc.
Sand & Aggregate: Sand washing, classification, and dewatering.
Power Industry: Coal ash and slag handling systems in thermal power plants.
Chemical Industry: Handling corrosive and abrasive chemical slurries.

FAQ
Q1: What factors affect the service life of the alumina ceramic lining in a cyclone?
A: Primarily, it is affected by the media concentration (higher concentrations result in faster wear), media particle hardness (harder particles result in greater wear), and the equipment's operating speed (higher speeds result in greater scouring forces). Under conventional mining conditions (media concentration of 20%-30%, particle hardness ≤ Mohs hardness 6), the service life can reach 3-5 years.
Q2: Are product samples available? What are the sample turnaround times and fees?
A: Free samples (1-2 standard-sized linings) are available, with a turnaround time of 7-10 days. Custom samples of special sizes require a mold fee (which can be deducted from the purchase price after the order is placed), and the turnaround time for custom samples is 12-15 days. Sample shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the customer can choose a specific courier.
Q3: How do I handle product quality issues?
A: If a product has quality issues (such as cracking or peeling) that are not caused by human error within the warranty period (one year under normal use), the customer will need to provide photos of the product and a description of the operating conditions. After verification by our technical department, we will issue a replacement free of charge. If the issue is caused by improper installation or inappropriate operating conditions, we can provide technical solutions to help minimize losses.
Q4: What is the alumina content available?
A: We standardly offer 92% and 95% alumina content liners. 92% is a cost-effective solution for most applications, while 95% provides the ultimate wear resistance for extreme conditions.
